Meet & Greet Required for All Services – Before your first pet sitting or dog walking service, we require a Meet & Greet to ensure a great fit. This is a chance for you to share important details about your pet’s routine and care needs, as well as allow your pet to become familiar with our team.
Team-Based Visits – Our services are team-based, meaning any member of our staff may be assigned to your pet’s visits. While you may not meet each walker or sitter beforehand, rest assured that every team member is trained and equipped to provide excellent care.
Booking Your Service – Once your Meet & Greet is complete, you can book your services through our platform. Need a recurring dog walking schedule? Let us know, and we’ll set it up for you!
Seamless Communication – Our mobile app allows you to easily message our team, receive updates, and check in on your pet anytime.
How to Prepare Your Pet
Provide Detailed Instructions – Every pet has unique needs! Make sure to share feeding schedules, walking preferences, leash and harness requirements, and any special care details during your meet & greet.
Ensure Easy Access – Provide clear instructions on how we can access your home, including key codes, lockbox locations, or gate details.
Dogs Must Be Comfortable with Strangers – For the safety of our team, we are unable to accommodate dogs who are fearful of humans. Please ensure your dog is comfortable being walked or cared for by different members of our staff.
